PJD – CRE with Hours (Summary)

This report is designed to compare budgeted (estimated) project costs against actual costs incurred, with an added focus on labor hours, for construction/CRE projects managed in Sage Intacct PJD.

What the report shows

At a project (and usually phase / cost type) level, the report typically includes:

  • Original or current estimated costs
    • Labor
    • Materials
    • Subcontracts
    • Other direct costs
  • Actual costs to date
    • Posted AP bills
    • Payroll costs
    • Other job cost transactions
  • Cost variance
    • Difference between estimate and actual
    • Often shown as both dollar and percentage variance
  • Labor hours detail
    • Estimated hours
    • Actual hours worked
    • Remaining hours (if forecasted)
    • Hour variance (estimated vs actual)
