PJD – CRE with Hours (Summary)
This report is designed to compare budgeted (estimated) project costs against actual costs incurred, with an added focus on labor hours, for construction/CRE projects managed in Sage Intacct PJD.
What the report shows
At a project (and usually phase / cost type) level, the report typically includes:
- Original or current estimated costs
- Labor
- Materials
- Subcontracts
- Other direct costs
- Actual costs to date
- Posted AP bills
- Payroll costs
- Other job cost transactions
- Cost variance
- Difference between estimate and actual
- Often shown as both dollar and percentage variance
- Labor hours detail
- Estimated hours
- Actual hours worked
- Remaining hours (if forecasted)
- Hour variance (estimated vs actual)
