All data related to opening balances imported or entered in Sage Intacct
AP sub-ledger including AP retainage reconciled between the legacy system and Sage Intacct
1099 Opening Balances Imported
AP sub-ledger including AP retainage reconciled to the GL in Sage Intacct
AR sub-ledger including AR retainage reconciled between the legacy system and Sage Intacct
AR sub-ledger including AR retainage reconciled to the GL in Sage Intacct
Prime Contract balance forward completed (if applicable)
Capturing of open commitments completed (if applicable)
Project cost opening balances reconciled between the legacy system and Sage Intacct
WIP reconciled between the legacy system and Sage Intacct (if applicable)
GL reversals completed (reversal of GL transactions related to the import or entry of opening balances
GL Trial balances completed and reconciled between the legacy system and Sage Intacct
Opening balances bank reconciliation completed
All reports related to closing balances (legacy system) and opening balances (Sage Intacct) are generated
Prior periods (periods before the Go-Live date) closed in Sage Intacct
