This report provides an aging breakdown of outstanding accounts receivable balances organized by project — a dimension not included in Intacct's out-of-the-box AR aging reports. Use it to monitor collection exposure at the project level and identify which projects have the oldest or largest outstanding receivable balances. Because this report uses live transaction data tied to the current date, it must be run on the same day it is needed and cannot be used to produce aging as of a historical date. It is best suited for project managers, project accountants, and billing staff who need to track receivables in the context of specific project work.
