This report provides an aging breakdown of outstanding accounts payable balances organized by project — a dimension not included in Intacct's out-of-the-box AP aging reports. Use it to identify which projects are driving open payable balances and how long those balances have been outstanding. Because this report uses live transaction data tied to the current date, it must be run on the same day it is needed and cannot be used to produce aging as of a historical date. It is best suited for project managers, project accountants, and finance staff who need to tie AP exposure directly to project activity.
